The Test & Tune booking at Agassiz Speedway provides an opportunity for individuals to test their vehicles in a controlled environment, ensuring safety and optimal performance. This session is aimed at fine-tuning vehicles for race events or simply for personal satisfaction.

Who can book a Test & Tune?

• Individuals or groups can book a Test & Tune.

• All participants must complete the online waiver/release form before accessing the track.

• Minimum age requirement: 14 years old. Participants under 19 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

• Participants under 19 must have a parental/guardian online waiver/release form completed before accessing the track.

• Test & Tune Rentals are available for members and non-members of Agassiz Speedway. Member rates apply for our regular club classes (Hornets, Late Models, Midgets, Mini Stocks, and Street Stocks). Contact us for more details. 

• Note for Drifters: All drifter Test & Tune bookings must be booked directly through Bold Connections Drift Alliance Inc.

 

What are the safety requirements?

• Only 1 car on the track at a time.

• Participants must wear/use required safety equipment, while testing a car on the track.

• Helmet and seat belts/harnesses must be properly secured at all times while testing a car on the track.

• No passengers allowed in the vehicle during the test and tune session.

 

What is the length of a Test & Tune Booking?

• Minimum rental duration: 2 hours.

• Select from the options available (2, 4, 6, or 8). Other options are available on request.

 

How do I book and pay for a Test & Tune Booking?

• Bookings can be made in advance through Agassiz Speedway's online booking system or contact us at admin@agassizspeedway.com. 

• Confirmation of booking will be provided along with an invoice and payment options.

• Full payment must be received prior to the rental session.

• Cancellation or rescheduling policies apply. Refund or rescheduling are available up to 2 hours prior to the rental time. Refunds or rescheduling options are not available for bookings cancelled with less than 2 hours notice.

• No shows are considered a cancellation and a refund will not be provided.

 

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

• Rental sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe track conditions.

• Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.​

Things to Know 

Track Access:

• Participants will have up to 30 minutes for unloading prior to the scheduled booking time and up to 30 minutes to load out after the booking time.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened booking duration with no refund.

Track Facilities:

• Restrooms and basic amenities are available on-site.

​

Conduct:

• Respectful behaviour towards staff, other participants, and facilities is mandatory.

• Any vandalism or damage to track property will result in fines and possible legal action.

• At the end of booking, all car parts or materials must be removed from the track including tires, batteries, metal objects. Do not place these items in our garbage containers.

Liability:

• Participants are responsible for any damages caused to their vehicle or the track during the booking session.

• Agassiz Speedway is not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred during the booked session.

Compliance:

• All participants must comply with Agassiz Speedway's rules and regulations, as well as any directives given by track officials.

​

Enforcement:

• Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
