2023 Online Waiver
The 2023 Online Waiver is valid until December 2023 and is required to be completed by everyone who will be entering the Pit Area. This will only need to be completed once, and will you will need to show your Photo Confirmation at the Pit Gate for any track event during the season ie: Test & Tunes, Practice, Races, Rentals, etc.

Trophy Vehicle Application
Would you like to bring out your vehicle and be part of the Race Day Action? We are taking submissions for Trophy Vehicles for the 2023 season.
Here is what you need to know:

- Have a vehicle that can transport one or two trophy gals and trophies for presentations. Vehicle may be trailered into the Pits if required.
- Be available from 5pm to at least 11pm on a race night.
- You will receive one complimentary entry to the Pits on the race night.
- Complete our online waiver (see info above) to enter into the pits.

- Have your vehicles photo taken throughout the evening which may be used in promotional materials and on our Facebook pages.

- Conform to Agassiz Speedways Track rules including the clothing rule whereas, no open-toed shoes, short shorts or tank tops are allowed.
- Be part of a fun evening and have a great time.

Monthly Meeting
Monthly meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the Agassiz Agricultural Hall located at 6800 Pioneer Avenue, Agassiz, BC. Meetings start at 7:30pm.
Meetings are open for anyone to attend; however, only current members are able to vote.

TEST & TUNE INFO
- Pre-Registration is strongly encouraged. Please contact into@agassizspeedway.com.
- All participants must have an active 2023 membership to participate (memberships are available at the gate)
- All cars must pass a Safety inspection prior to going on the track. Ensure you have all your gear ready.
- All drivers MUST have a working Raceceiver (check those batteries!) while on the track.
- Rookie Orientation – All new drivers must attend rookie orientation and it is recommended to bring your car for safety and inspection. Please reach out to your Class Rep to schedule a time.

Work Parties
Often, is important work to be done around the track before the season begins, between racing events, and after the season ends.
We can use individual volunteers to help with some various items.
