What time do you open?

Main Spectator Gates open at 4:00 pm, qualifying at 5:00 pm and racing starts at 6:30 pm. We try to complete our events by 10:00, but please understand that sometimes there are delays because of accidents and weather.

Do you accept debit or credit cards?

Yes, we  accept Debit card 

We also accept VISA and Mastercard.

Debit and Credit cars are accepted at the Main Gate and in the Concession

Please note that some Cash Cards are not accepted by our provider.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible

Yes, we have several designated parking spots in the Spectator Parking lot.  There is a cement path to the Main Gate, however it does have about a 20% grade. We also provide a special wheel chair seating area just past the tower in the second section of bleachers, just past the tower

Are pets allowed?

ONLY  registered service dogs are permitted.

Due to safety concerns for other spectators and our racers, other pets are NOT allowed. 

RAINOUT PROCEDURES

Prior to  3pm - call the information line at 604-792-FAST(3278), to find out if  we are a go, or if we have decided to cancel due to the weather..

 

In the event of a sudden shower, the program may be temporarily suspended; however, every effort will be made to complete the program after the rain stops. 

 

If , in the opinion of the Officials, the bad weather will prevent a return of a safe racing condition in a reasonable amount of time, the remaining races will be cancelled.

 

IF one half of the evenings schedule has been completed, the program will be considered complete, and  NO rainchecks will be issued.

 

IF the program is not considered complete ( LESS than one half of the evenings schedule has been completed, the Main events have not started,) a RAINCHECK will be issued for any other race day of your choice, and will be worth NO more than the value of that race night ticket prices.  eg. cannot be used for a Special event.  Please keep for ticket stub to receive your raincheck. 

 

IF you are unable to return to the area, cash refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

 

NO refunds on pit fees if qualifying has started.

What is Extreme seating

For an additional $5 entry fee, you can sit in our special fenced area closer to the track surface.  this area is for for adults only.

Please note you need to bring your own chair

Do you offer group rates?

Do you serve food at the track

Yes , we  have a full concession stand with Hot Dogs,  Burgers, , Fries, Poutine,  Onion Rings. drinks  and more!

 

Popcorn, candy and drinks are  available in our souvenier booth just next to the concession window.

Is camping available?

Yes, we do have a designated camping area within our spectator parking lot.  Camping is FREE.  We provide portable washroom, however do not have water or electrical available.

 

Alm Park is just past the track, and offers dry camping as well.  Please note that fees are charged and contact info from the District of Kent is posted in the park.

Are their accomodations nearby?

Yes, the famous Harrison Hot Springs is just a quick 5 minutes away. Check out accomodations at Tourism Harrison

How should we dress if we are in the pits during the race night?

Appropriate Attire :

 

Everyone entering the pits MUST wear appropriate attire ( NO Tank tops or muscle shirts) AND appropriate footwear ( NO sandals or flip flops)  

Violators will be asked to go to the spectator seating area.

 

 

 

What should we bring with us?

Bring a warm jacket and maybe a blanket, it can get cool in the evenings.

Bring ear protection for small children.  a limited supply of ear plugs are available.

 

Blankets and cushions are available for purchase at the souvenir stand.
